THE ROAD DEPARTMENT

Our road construction department is a skilled team of more than 50 engineers and technicians who successfully completed the 54 km paved Erdenet–Bulgan–Unt road. We obtained our licence to build and repair roads and road structures in 2010 and have carried out road construction continuously since 2011. Over this period we have completed more than 30 major road and site projects, 85,000 m² of paved areas and more than 160 km of roads.

HIGHLIGHTED ROAD AND SITE PROJECTS:

Asphalt concrete pavement work of the Ulaanbaatar-Darkhan road project /12 km pavement/.

1.8 km road under the Ulaanbaatar ger-area development programme: "Roads and heating network connecting to the Selbe sub-centre".

Repair of the 150–200 km section (Package 3) of the 239 km Tavan Tolgoi–Gashuunsukhait heavy-duty coal haul road.

Paved roads in the provincial centre (Kherlen soum, Khentii province).

Embankment and base works for the 20.9 km road from Gachuurt junction to Nalaikh–Choir junction (section 2, chainage 5+300 to 10+000).

Repair and renovation of the 5.0 km road from the Dambadarjaa police post junction to the new Shadivlan junction.

"Auto Trade Complex" in Songinokhairkhan district, 32nd khoroo — Phase I, Package 1A: 32,000 m² car park, lighting and external roads.

Widening and renovation of the 5.0 km road from Monos junction to the 22nd checkpoint (22-yn Tovchoo).

Asphalt paving of Package 1 of the Ulaanbaatar–Darkhan road.

52.5 km paved road from the Ulaanbaatar–Chinggis city road to Umnudelger soum (Khentii province: Jargaltkhaan and Umnudelger soums).

1.3 km road project from Bugan Khaliun to the Marshal Bridge.

59.2 km paved road Jargaltkhaan–Delgerkhaan, Package 2 (Khentii province: Jargaltkhaan and Delgerkhaan soums).

Partial repair and renovation of Peace Avenue (from the East 4-way junction to the Officers' Palace roundabout)

Laboratory - Product quality control

Using high-precision equipment from Korea's Hyundai and Han Shin, our laboratory determines the physical and mechanical properties of materials in accordance with national and international road and construction standards and methods.

In 2015 we introduced a quality management system and were accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2007. Since 2016 the laboratory has operated as "MNST Laboratory" LLC, a subsidiary of "Tegsht Plant" LLC.

Our laboratory carries out step-by-step training of its staff and quality control of materials and their specifications.

The laboratory carries out comprehensive analysis of more than 30 types of cement and concrete, testing and verification of aggregates and asphalt concrete, post-delivery service, or site inspection of raw materials delivered to customers' sites.
