This bottling of Swiss single malt whisky from the Langatun distillery was released in celebration of the 400th anniversary of the 'Kornhaus' in Aarwangen where they make their whisky

Initially they bought the grapes from the owners

After resting in vat for four to five weeks the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in mostly new oak barrels and then aged for a further 16 to 18 months in French oak barriques

Nose: The nose is typical for an armagnac of this age with aromas of leather
