Honey Glaze Mug A delicate handmade branch ofWorking out of her Norwich based studio, Paige Mitchell creates designs she uses in her daily life. Her ideas are developed through gardening, sketchbook drawing, and both wheel thrown and hand built ceramics. This stoneware mug is hand thrown on the wheel with a handle attach by hand. Fired once to 1000 degrees celsius, it's then signed, waxed, and dipped into a homemade glossy honey glaze. A harlequin pattern is painted by hand on top of the glaze.
